When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. All shipments will be made during weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, excluding any major U.S. holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) will be processed on the next business day.


Can I make changes to my order?

In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. 


Can I return items?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of items purchased on Our returns and exchanges portal is powered by Returnly, and allows for fast, easy and free returns or exchanges!

Any item for return must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.


How do I exchange items?

Our returns and exchanges portal also allows for exchanges for a different variant of the same item. You can do a free exchange for a different size or color of the same item. Exchanges for a completely different item is not supported in our returns and exchanges portal, however. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


What is NoFraud?

NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution for eCommerce businesses. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses, which protects both consumers and business against unauthorized payments.

If your order is flagged for review by NoFraud, you will receive an e-mail requesting additional information to verify the transaction. NoFraud will never ask you for your full account number, social security number or any other personal information. Once the transaction has been verified, it will be released for processing and shipping.
